Bove Law Adds Associate Attorney and Paralegal
Denver, CO – Bove Law, a leading firm serving the Colorado manufactured housing community industry, has expanded their team with the recruitment of Michael B. McGuire as Associate Attorney and Paralegal Alexander Stork. According to Aimee Bove, Owner Attorney, these additions reflect the growth of the firm, as it positions itself to increase its regional footprint. “While the laws governing the operation of mobile home parks in Colorado are among the most restrictive in the nation, other states are beginning to adopt similar legislation, requiring our expertise in this highly specialized area,” she said.
As an Associate Attorney, Mr. McGuire brings extensive experience in real estate, commercial and residential leasing, business contracts, and tax law to Bove Law. He manages an extensive FED (eviction) caseload in over 30 counties across Colorado and administers these matters through our compassionate stipulation process. He also analyzes conflicts in legal issues, consults with our team of attorneys, and advises clients on solutions while negotiating in their best interests.
Mr. McGuire was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2009 after receiving his J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Before joining our firm, he served as an Associate Attorney with another Denver law firm, where his clients ranged from individuals and small businesses to large national concerns.
A native of Iowa, Mr. McGuire was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Iowa, where he majored in Sociology/Prelaw. He began his career in 2012 as a Law Clerk for another Denver firm, where he gained an in-depth, hands-on experience in the litigation process, refining his skills with every professional success.
Paralegal Alexander Stork’s education and influential work in broadcast journalism, and his fluency in three languages, prepared him well for his career in law. As a Production and Calendar Specialist, he communicated directly with the Boulder County courts to arrange court reporting, production, and archiving of trials. He also managed the filming of in-person and remote depositions. In his first position as a Bilingual Clinic Paralegal at another Denver firm, he worked with clients in the Arapahoe and Denver County courts to facilitate evictions alongside attorneys and other paralegals, leveraging his proficiency in Spanish, French, and German. His work with Bove involves supporting our attorneys with legal research, administrative support, and litigation preparation, while providing exceptional client service.
Mr. Stork received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he hosted a radio show featuring professors and studied abroad in Germany for a year. He completed a Journalism Certificate focusing on investigative reporting and radio operations at the University of California, Berkeley.
